ANGEL

For this angel, you will need the following materials

to make the following shapes:

All the shapes are made with a 3 mm wide strip of paper of different lengths. You will need bright white and metallic gold strips.

To keep all the shapes in a proportional size, I used my circle-sizer.

HEAD

Roll a bright white 20 cm long strip into a loose circle. The circle should be 1.2 cm in diameter (Circle 3)

WINGS

1.  For each wing, roll a bright white 41 cm long strip into a loose circle. The diameter of each circle should be 1.6 cm in diameter (Circle 2)

2.  Shape the circle into a teardrop

BODY

1.  Roll a bright white 81 cm long strip into a loose circle (to help me out, I used my quilling coach to roll the circle.)

The circle should be 2.4 cm in diameter (Circle 0).

2.  Shape the circle into a triangle.

HALO

Shape a metallic gold color 3 cm long strip into a circle. I used my “shape buddy” to make this circle but you can use a pencil or a pen.

ASSEMBLY

1.  Glue the head to the body.

2.  Glue the wings to the back of the body as shown in the picture.

3.  Glue a short strip of bright white to the halo's circle.
You are going to use this short strip to glue the halo to the head.

4.  Trim the strip and  glue the halo to the head.

Your final project will look like the picture above.
Congratulations you are finished!
