Materials needed to make this "pine" garland:
You can make
each the “link” for this garland using a quilling comb or without it.
Here is how
you do each “link” using a quilling comb:
1. Take your strip and roll it on your comb
2. Glue it at the end of the strip
3. Take your strip off your comb and make the left loop
4. Now make the
right loop
5. Glue it and cut the excess strip

The finished "link" is approximately
1.5 cm long

1. Cut your
paper into 8.5 cm long strips
2. Take your strip and bend down approximately 1 cm and make your
center loop (you should have already used approximately 2 cm of your strip.)Glue the tip.

the left loop and glue.
